Lambda hosts pickup soccer games for adults on Sundays from 5 – 7 PM at Golden Hill Recreation Center. They host multiple annual soccer tournaments, including Copa de Pride, a 5 v 5 tournament in July. They also run youth programs.
The Sparks practice on Saturdays from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM at Jefferson Elementary School in North Park. They have teams that play in tournaments and in various leagues, including San Diego County Soccer League, but you don't need to be on any of their teams to attend their practices.
OutLoud runs a 6 v 6 league with matches on Wednesdays between 7 PM and 9 PM at North Park Recreation Center. You can create a team with your friends or sign up as a free agent to be placed on an existing team.
