Lambda hosts pickup soccer games for adults on Sundays from 5 – 7 PM at Jefferson Elementary School in North Park. They host multiple annual soccer tournaments, including Copa de Pride, a 5 v 5 tournament in July. They also run youth programs.
The Sparks have teams that play in tournaments and in various leagues, including San Diego County Soccer League, but you don't need to be on any of their teams to attend their practices.
OutLoud runs a 6 v 6 league with matches on Saturdays between 11 AM and 1 PM at Jefferson Elementary School in North Park. You can create a team with your friends or sign up as a free agent to be placed on an existing team.
